One year after passage of Obamacare, we're just beginning to find out what its ramifications will be. Section 3022, which comprised a mere 6 of the act's 907 pages, has been expanded to a 429-page proposed HHS rule.

These three developments, on top of previous CAFE standards and the myriad tax credits & deductions which penalize certain companies & industries while encouraging others, make our country's economy a command economy. Make no mistake: free-market, laissez-faire capitalism is dead in America. So whenever someone tells you deregulation failed, remind them that our system is replete w/ overregulation and deregulation is just a figment of their imagination.
